The asking price includes siting and connection to all pitch services but does not include a sundeck unless stated.

Site fees are not included in the price but will be calculated on a pro-rata basis at the point of sale.

Pre-owned holiday homes sold on behalf of Home Farm come with a standard 6 months warranty on structure and gas / electric appliances. Please note, Home Farm does not offer warranty on holiday homes sold on behalf of customers.

All holiday homes are for holiday use only and cannot be used as a permanent residence

LIFE: This means any caravan being sold onsite up to the end of the 7th full season from its first sale date (when first registered on site).
From starting the 8th season the fixed term date will apply.
A no age restriction for the time your caravan can stay on park is based on the following conditions
1. The unlimited time applies to new and 2nd hand caravans sold after 01/01/2026.
2. The caravan may remain on the pitch as long as it remains in good condition and does not look detrimental to the look of the park..
3. The unlimited time span will apply only if the caravan remains in the ownership of the person named within this agreement. Should the
purchaser of the caravan decide to sell the after the start of the 8th season then the pitch agreement reverts to the original balance of the fixed term.
4. Once the agreement period has reached its fixed term end date you will be offered a new annual licence agreement. The site fees will
change to the prevailing new customer site fees applicable to the location on which your holiday home was purchased and is sited. All
site fees must be made on time to activate the annual licence agreement.
